HOW DO I RECEIVE MY LICENSE KEY?

We send your product key in plain text, directly to the email provided during checkout.

HOW QUICKLY WILL I RECEIVE MY PRODUCT KEY?

Free shipping system allows you to instantly and automatically deliver your product key. Once a customer has made a payment (and passed all fraud checks), a product key will be sent to their email address. This ensures that the product key will be delivered within minutes at any time of the day.

WHAT IS A LICENSE/PRODUCT KEY?

License/ License Key/ Product Key is the serial number or product code that activates the product. This is usually a combination of numbers and letters.

DEMO VERSION

You can always check the performance of our software products before purchasing them. Before purchasing a key, make sure you have selected the correct product and it suits your needs by installing the free version from this site.

If there is no free demo version of the product available, you can request a temporary demo key for 14 days. To do this, write to us through the contact form.

Refunds & Returns

Since the products offered on our site are delivered digitally, they are not subject to distance selling rules and we cannot take action to cancel, return, modify or exchange an order.

Please note: We will only issue replacements for faulty product keys.

Before submitting a replacement request, please ensure that your replacement request does not meet any of the following restrictions.

1. INCORRECT PURCHASES

We cannot issue refunds or replacements if the customer purchased the wrong product and / or an incompatible product. We strive to make product compatibility as transparent and understandable as possible, and we cannot be held responsible for any incorrect purchases.

Example 1: Purchase a Prune Scene license key for a Stock Model Fixer script.
Example 2 : Purchase a license key for a script without checking the demo version compatibility.

2. INSTALLATION AND/OR ACTIVATION ISSUES

Our support team is ready to help with any issues you have with your purchased product key, so we will try to resolve any issues with you before making a refund.

During this process, we reserve the right to request digital images, such as a screenshot of the code being entered and the error encountered, to help us investigate the issue.

In some cases, we may need to use remote access and support software, such as Teamviewer or AnyDesk, to resolve your issue. Refunds and / or replacements will only be issued in cases where we have been granted access for a full investigation and which are not subject to settlement.

3. PRODUCT USE ISSUES

For product related questions such as installation, updates, freezes, usage patterns, etc., refer to the online help for that product.

4. ORDER CANCELLATION

We reserve the right to cancel any incoming order that may be considered suspicious (for example, unauthorized / fraudulent payments, etc.).

We cannot cancel an order if you have already received an activation code, as this item is no longer safe and secure and there is no way to resell this item.

We cannot cancel or refund an order just because you dislike / or dislike using the product. Once you redeem the code, it is permanently linked to your account, so we cannot refund you due to the nature of the product and digital shipping, after you have ordered a product key, it will be emailed to you. Since we cannot stop this process and we cannot re-issue this unique product key once you purchase your item, it is non-refundable and you will not be able to cancel your order.

5. DIGITAL DELIVERY

Since we offer digital products, we cannot find out the identity of the person using the license key. For each order placed, we track the delivery of the product key and store important information about when the customer viewed the code, including date, time and IP address. All of our product keys are guaranteed and verified.

6. EXCHANGE

If a software package is defective and / or cannot be repaired even after receiving assistance from our technical support team (via email), we will issue customers a new product key only for the same product purchased.


Please note that exchanges are only possible within 7 days from the date of the original purchase.
